Refunds

Customers may cancel their contract (order) within 14 days of receipt of items and return for a refund. The cost of returning a cancelled order to the local hub is the customer’s responsibility. The cost of returning items from the local hub to the UK is the responsibility of Cotton Traders.

If a customer chooses to use an alternative method of returning the items to the UK, the entire cost of return will be the responsibility of the customer and we recommend a tracked service with proof of postage.

All orders returned back to Cotton Traders are automatically refunded back to the original payment method account. Any applicable delivery charges will also be refunded provided the entire order is returned including any promotional gifts that formed part of the original contract.

Exchanges

If you wish to place an exchange order for an alternative size or colour only –please place your order as usual via cottontraders.com.au and contact the Cotton Traders customer service team by email with your web reference number and we will refund the delivery charge for the new order.

Refunds

We hope you will be very happy with every purchase, however should you need to return an item, we will promptly refund any unworn item returned in a saleable condition from 30 days of receipt of your original order. This does not affect your rights to return faulty goods or any other statutory rights.
