Thank you for shopping with us at Oliver Bonas. We hope that you LOVE your purchases. However, if you do wish to return any products or request a refund or exchange, our Returns Policies are below.

How do I return my order?

You can return your order by post free of charge using our carrier's returns portal. Alternatively, you are able to return it yourself to our warehouse address, but we will not refund the postage.

FREE returns:

CREATE RETURN

  • Print a label using our carrier’s Returns Portal by clicking create return
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to print your returns label including the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for returning
  • If you do not have a printer available the label can be emailed
  • Attach the label provided to your parcel
  • Take your parcel to your nearest An Post Office, available in over 1,000 locations
  • Our carrier will email you with the tracking details of your parcel

Post your order back to our warehouse:

  • Please fill out the returns form that is attached to your original invoice and include in your parcel
  • Return your parcel with the correct postage to:

    Oliver Bonas Returns,
    Unit F, Davis Road Industrial Park,
    Chessington,
    Surrey KT9 1TQ

  • Please note: If you choose to return your items using this method, we will unfortunately not refund the cost of postage

What happens if I only wish to return part of my order?

You can select the items you would like to return in the Returns Portal.

When will I receive my refund?

We aim to refund within 3-4 working days from receiving your parcel at our warehouse, but at busy times it may take up to 10 working days.

What if I want to exchange an item?

Can I return swimwear?

Customers can return orders to the Oliver Bonas website but for hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns and exchanges of swimwear briefs if the hygiene slip is intact. Oliver Bonas reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange on items deemed not to be resalable. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Returns Policies

Items must be returned in a fully resalable condition, which means being unused and in the original packaging within 30 days of receipt. Oliver Bonas reserves the right to refuse a refund on items deemed not to be resalable. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Please note: Currently, orders placed on our Irish website and paid for in Euros cannot be returned to our UK stores (inc.Belfast) because they accept and refund only in GBP (Sterling). Please return any items purchased on the website back to the website using the returns portal.

Returning an item to the website that has been purchased on the website

  • Refunds can be requested within 30 days of you receiving your goods
  • For hygiene reasons, cosmetics and hair accessories purchased online must be returned to the website in the original packaging supplied
  • Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of earrings if the tamper proof packaging has been opened. This is for hygiene reasons and doesn’t affect your statutory rights
  • Returns and exchanges of swimwear briefs are only valid if the hygiene slip is intact

Please return your items free of charge via the returns portal. or complete the Returns Form attached to your invoice and return your parcel using your local postal service to our warehouse address: Oliver Bonas Returns, Unit F, Davis Road Industrial Park, Chessington, Surrey KT9 1TQ. Please note postage will not be refunded if using this method

  • In addition to our Website Returns Policy, under the distance selling regulations, EU customers have 14 days to cancel their purchase
  • Customers are entitled to a full refund up to 30 days after receiving goods if they turn out to be faulty

Returning an item to the website that has been purchased in-store

We accept both Euros and Pound Sterling at the website, so we accept returns of items purchased in a UK store.

All returns from a UK store to the website must be accompanied by a valid receipt and you must include your name, address and telephone number.

  • Jewellery (excluding earrings) can be refunded within 30 days of purchase.
  • Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of earrings if the tamper proof packaging has been opened. This is for hygiene reasons and doesn’t affect your statutory rights
  • Cosmetics and hair accessories purchased in-store can only be returned in the original packaging supplied.
  • Returns of swimwear briefs are only valid if the hygiene slip is intact.
  • Sale fashion items can be refunded if returned to website within 7 days of purchase.
  • Non-fashion sale items are non-returnable or refundable

  • We advise that all packages are sent on a recorded delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for any parcel that has been lost in transit. The cost of return postage will be at your expense unless the goods are faulty.

Changing or cancelling an order

  • In most circumstances, it's not possible to make changes to your order once you've placed it. However, if you do need to change details of your delivery address, remove items from your order or cancel it completely, please contact our Customer Services team as soon as possible for advice on 02895 531 069
  • If your order has already left our warehouse for delivery to you, then you'll need to follow our Returns procedure in the event of any unwanted products.
