Terms & Conditions
- If the product you requested to exchange for is not in stock then a full refund will be given. We will send you an email to inform you that we have refunded your payment.
- We request the goods must be in the same condition they were delivered. This means the items should not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on) and that any packaging, labels or tags should be intact.
- We reserve the right to refuse to process any refund/exchange where the returned item is deemed to be not in a saleable condition or in original conditions.
- We will not be responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake. If you want these returned to you, we may request that you cover the delivery cost.
